Complaints about this site. If something on the site is wrong, unclear or hard to use, or you're unhappy with how your request was handled, tell us through the contact form or by calling (303) 555-0129. Include your name, the page or request involved and what went wrong.

Complaints about a roofer. The roofers we connect you with are independent businesses, and your contract is with them. Raise the problem with the roofer first, in writing, and keep copies of your contract, photos and messages. Please also let us know, because it helps us decide which roofers we connect homeowners with in future.

What we'll do. We'll read every complaint, look into it and reply when we have something useful to say. We can't settle disputes between you and a roofer or make a roofer refund money, but we can pass on your concern and take it into account.

Other places to turn. For permit or inspection problems, contact the building office that issued the permit, such as the Town of Parker Building Division or the Douglas County Building Division. For contract or consumer-protection concerns, you can contact the Colorado Attorney General's consumer protection office. For insurance questions, speak to your insurer or the Colorado Division of Insurance.

Your rights. Using this process doesn't affect any rights you have under Colorado law, including the 72-hour cancellation right after a written insurance denial on an insurance-paid roofing contract.
